Are these reviews real?
Yes. Each one was posted by a customer on Google or the Better Business Bureau, both of which verify and host the reviews independently of us. We link to both profiles so you can read the full, unfiltered set including reviews we have not featured here.
Do you remove negative reviews?
We cannot. Google and the BBB host and control their own reviews, and neither lets a business delete one. What we do instead is respond publicly on the BBB profile, which you can read there.
How do I leave a review?
If Samson has funded your business, you can post on our Google Business Profile or the BBB profile linked above. We do not offer incentives, discounts, or anything else in exchange for a review, positive or otherwise.
Can I speak to a current customer?
In many cases, yes. Ask your advisor and we will try to connect you with a funded business in a comparable industry, with that customer's permission.
